  1. Managing all emergencies related to nephrology and capable of independently running a department.
  2. Evaluation and management of acute, acute-on-chronic, and chronic kidney disease patients.
  1. Evaluation and management of rapidly progressive renal failure.
  2. Screening for kidney diseases.
  3. Management of patients with renal involvement in acute care settings.
  4. Pre-transplant evaluation of renal transplant recipients and donors.
  5. Immediate and long-term management of patients post renal transplantation.
  6. Interventions such as femoral/jugular catheterization for hemodialysis.
  7. Insertion of acute peritoneal dialysis (PD) catheters and management of patients on acute PD and continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD).
  8. Management of pediatric patients with renal failure, including conservative treatment, peritoneal or hemodialysis, and renal transplantation.

Interventions and Procedures:

  1. Performed over 1000 catheterizations and 50+ tunneled catheter placements.
  2. Conducted 100+ acute PD catheter insertions.
  3. Performed 500+ renal biopsies.
  4. Managed 300+ renal transplant cases and their complications.
  5. Successfully performed 10 renal transplants independently over the last 2 years.
